An adjustable suture moves the final decision about muscle position from the operating room, where the patient is asleep and tonic forces are abolished, to a few hours later, when the patient is awake and you can measure what you actually achieved. This course covers who is a good candidate, how to build the sliding noose in the operating room, and how to run the adjustment itself.
